Itinerario
Full Day | Humantay Lagoon
We will pick up all the passengers from their respective hotels between 4:30 to 5:00 am then we will go to the district of Mollepata by car for 3 hours where we will stop at the restaurant to have our breakfast. Then we will continue in our transport for 1 hour more to the beginning of the hike which is Soraypampa at 3900 m.a.s.l. where we will pass the check point to pay the entrance fee to the community (20 soles for foreign visitors and 10 soles for Peruvians). We get ready to start a hike to the Humantay lagoon for about 1 hour and 40 minutes uphill, a distance of 3 km. Once we arrive at the Humantay Lagoon we will have enough time to take pictures of the lagoon, the spectacular scenery, listen to the explanations of the guide and enjoy all the wonderful scenery of the area. The time we will spend in the Humantay Lagoon is from 1 hour to 2 hours depending on the weather conditions, sometimes it is cloudy, foggy or a little rainy. After the visit we will return downhill on the same road to our car stop, then we will take our transport back to Mollepata for an hour, where we will stop for lunch and then we will take our transport for 3 hours back to Cusco arriving as the final point of the trip the San Francisco square.
