TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS
To make a reservation, Quechua Land Expedition requires payment of 50% of the total tour cost by the client using our authorized payment methods provided by the sales agent. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash on the first day of the client’s arrival in Cusco, in US dollars, to the assisting staff member.
To confirm the reservation, the following information is required for each traveler: Full Name, Passport Number, Nationality, Age, and Gender. It is also recommended to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, personal characteristics, or meal preferences.
Once the prepayment is completed, our sales agent will send an email confirmation of the selected tour package. This email serves as a guarantee document for your reservation. Upon receiving it, the client must review all details carefully and reply to confirm.
If the reservation includes accommodation, hotel confirmation is subject to availability. If the specified hotel is fully booked, a similar one of equal category and price will be provided.
Quechua Land Expedition can accept last-minute reservations (24 hours before arrival). In such cases, the company will clearly state the special conditions applicable, including any schedule adjustments, which must be mutually agreed upon via email.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Quechua Land Expedition recommends obtaining personal travel insurance, including luggage and cancellation coverage.
Travel insurance helps protect your personal safety and belongings in case of trip cancellations, delays, medical problems, or loss/damage of luggage.
Medical insurance can be obtained through traditional insurers or online options (e.g., www.travelguard.com).
